Dawna Hazelwood, APRN

Dawna N. Hazelwood, a native of Savannah, Georgia, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in acute care. She completed her Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in Nursing/Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Armstrong State University. She knew at a young age that she wanted to help others and started medical training while enrolled in high school. Dawna has 17 years of experience in the medical field, spending the majority of her career in Critical Care. She is very passionate in her role as a nurse practitioner and advocates for the well-being of her patients. During her free time, she enjoys crafting, volunteering at her children’s school, and spending time with her family.
